On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 FY26 revenue from operations rose 3.4% year on year to Rs 4,917 million, while net profit jumped 54% to Rs 1,167 million. Profit before tax and exceptional items rose 22%, and margin improved to 34% from 29%. Nine-month revenue slipped 1.1%, while net profit rose 14% to Rs 3,028 million. Q3 FY25 included a Rs 273 million separation charge; Q3 FY26 had none. A Rs 75 per share interim dividend was declared, with November 5 as the record date.
Higher profit and the interim dividend may support the stock, but slight nine-month revenue decline and one-off margin gains limit the outlook.
