On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 revenue rose 3.4% to Rs491.7 crore and net sales grew 4%. Net profit jumped 54% to Rs116.7 crore; profit before tax excluding one-off items rose 22% to Rs158 crore. Diabetes sales grew 9%, operating expenses fell 8%, and nine-month profit rose 14%. Nine-month revenue dipped 1.1%. The prior-year quarter included Rs27.3 crore of separation costs. The board declared a Rs75 interim dividend, with 5 November 2026 as the record date.
Profit growth and the dividend may support the stock, but nine-month revenue slipped and the profit jump partly reflects prior-year separation costs.
