The board approved unaudited results and declared an interim dividend of Rs 75 per share, payable within 30 days, with November 7, 2025 as the record date. September-quarter revenue fell to Rs 4,754 crore from Rs 5,240 crore, while profit was Rs 760 crore versus Rs 822 crore. Nine-month continuing profit rose to Rs 2,650 crore from Rs 2,224 crore.
The dividend supports shareholder returns, but lower quarterly revenue and profit may weigh on sentiment despite higher continuing nine-month profit.
