Sanofi India's board, meeting on February 25, 2026, approved audited results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, with an unmodified audit opinion from Price Waterhouse. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 48 per share, which combined with the Rs. 75 interim dividend declared in October 2025, takes total dividend for 2025 to Rs. 123 per share on a Rs. 10 face value. Revenue from continuing operations fell to Rs. 18,374 crore from Rs. 20,132 crore, partly due to lower export sales from the anticipated end of a Zentiva contract, while profit after tax from continuing operations rose to Rs. 3,267 crore from Rs. 3,137 crore. The board also appointed Rajani Kesari as Independent Director (5-year term from April 1, 2026) and Sudipta Chakraborty as Whole-time Director (3-year term from March 1, 2026), while accepting Rodolfo Hrosz's resignation as Non-Executive Director effective February 28, 2026.
Shareholders stand to receive a strong total dividend of Rs. 123 per share for 2025, though the final Rs. 48 is subject to AGM approval; the flat to declining revenue picture and export headwinds may temper sentiment despite steady profitability.
