On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.2 pts more than its Restaurants peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited results for September 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 6.7% to Rs 7,424.37 million in the quarter and 7.4% to Rs 15,192.65 million for the half year. The quarter net loss widened to Rs 127.87 million from Rs 62.38 million, while the half year moved to a Rs 145.25 million loss from Rs 19.48 million profit. Operating cash flow fell to Rs 2,122.36 million. Deloitte's review raised no material concerns. Rohitt Mutthoo also resigned as a director for personal reasons.
Higher sales did not prevent losses and cash generation slowed, so near-term sentiment may remain weak; the director exit may add uncertainty.
