On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts less than its Restaurants peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For Q2 FY27, Sapphire Foods reported restaurant sales of ₹8,853 million, up 20%, and EBITDA of ₹1,286 million, up 21%, lifting margin to 14.5% from 14.3%. The network reached 1,086 outlets with 12 additions. KFC India margin was 15.7%, while Pizza Hut India remained negative at 3.2%. The merger with Devyani International still needs approvals.
Sales and margin growth support a positive view, but Pizza Hut losses and merger-related execution and approval risks remain for shareholders.
