Saptak Chem files 47th Annual Report for FY2025-26

Saptak Chem and Business Limited submitted its 47th Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to BSE. The 47th AGM is scheduled for August 28, 2026 via video conferencing. Several board changes: two Managing Directors and one Independent Director resigned, while four new Independent Directors were appointed. Ayush Vinod Kumar Tated was named Managing Director for 5 years at Rs 15,000 per month.
