The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 7,541.58 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 12,833.57 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 41%, mainly because net gains on fair value changes shrank to Rs 7,035.71 lakhs from Rs 12,226.11 lakhs. Standalone net profit for FY25 declined to Rs 5,341.12 lakhs from Rs 10,390.61 lakhs (down ~49%), while Q4 FY25 alone swung to a net loss of Rs 2,296.40 lakhs against a profit of Rs 2,236.64 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Total assets grew ~44% to Rs 1,09,328.08 lakhs, led by a sharp rise in investments to Rs 1,06,858.78 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also raised Rs 7,862.58 lakhs via a preferential allotment of 66,000 shares at Rs 11,913 each to a promoter group entity in March 2025.
Despite a clean audit and a stronger balance sheet, the steep drop in fair value gains and the Q4 loss could weigh on sentiment, while the promoter-group preferential allotment signals continued support but also deployment of capital into investments.
