The board approved unaudited results for the three months and six months ended 30 September 2026. Operating revenue for the September quarter fell 81% to Rs 81.03 lakh from Rs 430.38 lakh, while profit dropped to Rs 13.95 lakh from Rs 40.46 lakh. Six-month profit was Rs 179.91 lakh versus a Rs 8.88 lakh loss, helped by other income of Rs 548.10 lakh. Operating cash outflow was Rs 749.18 lakh. Closing cash was Rs 1.90 lakh.
Six-month profit improved, but lower quarterly sales, negative operating cash flow and only Rs 1.90 lakh cash at half-end raise near-term risk.
