Sarvamangal Mercantile reported Q1 FY27 results for quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total income was Rs 30.80 lakh versus Rs 3.34 lakh in Q1 FY26. PAT swung to a profit of Rs 11.09 lakh from a loss of Rs 3.25 lakh. EPS stood at Rs 4.45. Revenue from operations remained nil. Other Comprehensive Income surged to Rs 1,931.91 lakh from fair value gains on equity investments, pushing Total Comprehensive Income to Rs 1,943 lakh. Auditor Devpure Navlakha and Co gave an unmodified limited review conclusion. Other equity stood at Rs 5,820.32 lakh.
Swing to profit and positive EPS are encouraging, but operating revenue is nil and large OCI gain from equity fair value marks drove total comprehensive income.
