Sarveshwar Foods posted FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 66,489 lacs, up 17% from Rs 56,639 lacs last year. Standalone PAT jumped to about Rs 1,044 lacs from Rs 580 lacs, roughly an 80% rise. However, Q4 standalone PAT was thin at Rs 46 lacs versus Rs 129 lacs a year ago. Operating cash flow turned deeply negative at minus Rs 8,432 lacs, hit by higher receivables and other current assets. EBITDA margin compressed to around 4% from 4.8%. Auditors KRA and Co gave a clean, unqualified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Full year profit growth is a positive, but weak Q4 and large negative operating cash flow point to working capital stress for shareholders.
