Sasken Technologies reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue more than doubling to Rs 111,316.84 lakhs from Rs 55,091.38 lakhs in FY25. Net profit after tax grew to Rs 5,864.57 lakhs (up 16% from Rs 5,050.95 lakhs). Q4 FY26 showed particularly strong performance with revenue of Rs 33,402.41 lakhs and PAT of Rs 2,900.19 lakhs. The significant revenue increase was partly driven by the acquisition of Borqs International Holding Corp (completed April 8, 2025), which added a new 'Product Solutions' segment. An exceptional item of Rs 830.80 lakhs was recorded due to the implementation of new labour codes. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 13 per share, making total dividend for FY26 Rs 25 per share (including Rs 12 interim dividend). Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 2,283.48 lakhs for the year. Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates LLP gave an unmodified opinion.
The near-doubling of revenue demonstrates successful integration of the Borqs acquisition and expansion into product solutions. However, negative operating cash flow and the significant exceptional charge due to labour code changes warrant monitoring. The total dividend of Rs 25 per share indicates continued shareholder returns.
