Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue rose 25.6% year on year to Rs 320.95 crore, but fell 5.4% from the June quarter. Profit after tax jumped 143.8% year on year to Rs 25.59 crore. First-half revenue was Rs 660.19 crore and profit after tax Rs 49.12 crore. The board declared a 120% interim dividend of Rs 12 per share, payable by Nov 26, 2026. Auditors gave a clean opinion. Consolidated cash from operations was slightly negative at minus Rs 0.23 crore.
Profit growth and a 120% dividend are positive, but sales fell from June, negative operating cash flow and higher inventories could hurt sentiment.
