On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 89.2% year on year to Rs255.49 crore after the Borqs deal, but profit after tax fell 14.6% to Rs10.50 crore. In the first half of 2025-26, revenue rose 104.7% to Rs529.02 crore, but profit after tax fell 31.6% to Rs20.50 crore. Operating cash outflow was Rs20.39 crore. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion. The board declared a 120% interim dividend, or Rs12 per share, payable on or after November 19, 2025.
The deal lifted sales, but lower profit and negative operating cash flow may weigh on sentiment; the 120% dividend supports shareholder returns.
