Sasken Technologies reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 25,012.54 lakhs, up 73% YoY from Rs 14,451.62 lakhs, driven mainly by the Borqs acquisition completed in April 2025. PAT was Rs 913.96 lakhs versus Rs 903.02 lakhs YoY. Nine months revenue rose to Rs 77,914.43 lakhs but PAT fell to Rs 2,964.39 lakhs from Rs 3,900.36 lakhs, hit by a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 830.80 lakhs from new Labour Codes and losses at the new Borqs subsidiaries. Group now reports two segments: Software Services and Product Solutions. Nine month EPS stood at Rs 17.80. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Strong top-line growth from Borqs acquisition offset by labour code charge and subsidiary losses. Margins under pressure near-term but business base has expanded.
