Sasken board declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share for FY26, with November 13 as record date and payment on or after November 19. For Q2 FY26, consolidated revenue surged to Rs 255.49 cr from Rs 135.03 cr a year ago, aided by the Borqs acquisition completed in April 2025 which added a new Product Solutions segment. However, PAT slipped to Rs 10.50 cr from Rs 12.29 cr, weighed by higher costs. H1 EPS was Rs 12.68.
Dividend income for shareholders; PAT dip despite revenue growth may temper sentiment.
