For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, consolidated revenue rose 25.6% year on year to Rs320.95 crore and profit after tax jumped 143.8% to Rs25.59 crore. For the half year, revenue rose 24.8% to Rs660.19 crore and profit after tax rose 139.5% to Rs49.12 crore. Revenue was 5.4% below June. The board declared a Rs12 interim dividend per share, payable by 26 November 2026.
Profit growth and a 120% interim dividend are positive, but falling revenue and negative consolidated operating cash flow may temper sentiment.
