Sasken Technologies reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 25,012.54 lakhs, up 73 percent YoY from Rs 14,451.62 lakhs, boosted by the Borqs acquisition completed in April 2025. PAT was Rs 913.96 lakhs vs Rs 903.02 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue rose 93 percent to Rs 77,914.43 lakhs but PAT fell 24 percent to Rs 2,964.39 lakhs. The company booked an exceptional charge of Rs 830.80 lakhs (consolidated) and Rs 457.30 lakhs (standalone) for new labour codes. Two segments now: Software Services and Product Solutions. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Strong top-line growth from Borqs acquisition, but exceptional labour code charge and softer 9M profits may temper near-term sentiment.
