Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 25,012.54 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (vs Rs 14,451.62 lakhs YoY) and nine-month revenue nearly doubled to Rs 77,914.43 lakhs, driven by the Borqs acquisition completed April 2025. Revenue grew sharply on Borqs acquisition, but Rs 830.80 lakhs exceptional labour code charge dragged consolidated 9M PAT down about 24% YoY.
