Sasken Technologies reported strong full-year FY26 consolidated results. Total income more than doubled to Rs. 1,15,187 lakhs from Rs. 60,675 lakhs in FY25, driven by the acquisition of Borqs International Holding Corp (effective April 8, 2025), which added a new Product Solutions segment. Revenue from operations grew ~102% to Rs. 1,11,317 lakhs. PAT grew 16% to Rs. 5,865 lakhs (5,051 in FY25), though PBT before exceptional items was up 35% to Rs. 8,413 lakhs. An exceptional charge of Rs. 830.80 lakhs was recorded for incremental employee benefits under new Indian labour codes. The company now operates two segments: Software Services (Rs. 77,246 lakhs) and Product Solutions (Rs. 34,070 lakhs). EPS for the year stood at Rs. 35.61. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 13 per share (total FY26 dividend: Rs. 25 per share including Rs. 12 interim). Statutory auditors M S K A & Associates LLP were re-appointed for a second term of up to 5 years.
The near-doubling of revenue reflects the transformative Borqs acquisition and expansion into Product Solutions. PAT growth of 16% is modest relative to revenue due to the exceptional labour code charge and higher depreciation, but underlying operating performance is strong. The cumulative Rs. 25 dividend signals confidence, and the record date is set for July 24, 2026.
