Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Satin Creditcare allotted 38,50,000 fully convertible warrants to Trishashna Holdings and Investments, a promoter group entity, on a preferential basis at Rs 260 per warrant, aggregating to Rs 100.10 crore. The allottee has paid 25 percent upfront. On full conversion, total equity shares will rise to 11,43,20,965 with paid-up capital of Rs 114.32 crore.
Promoter group strengthening stake signals confidence. Possible dilution of around 3.4 percent on full warrant conversion. No cash strain as funds come from promoter.
