On the reaction day the stock moved 4.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.8 pts more than its Finance peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Satin Creditcare board approved raising up to INR 5,000 Crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches, within one year, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 7, 2026. The board also re-appointed Mr. Vikas Gupta as Chief Compliance Officer for 3 years starting July 11, 2026. NCD tenure, coupon, and security terms are yet to be decided by the Working Committee.
Large NCD raise will lift borrowings; coupon and tenure not yet disclosed. CCO re-appointment is a routine governance update.
