On the reaction day the stock moved 2.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Finance peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Satin Creditcare Network has informed exchanges that its Board will meet on June 23, 2026 to consider raising funds up to INR 5,000 Crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement, in one or more tranches. The proposal is subject to shareholder and statutory approvals.
NCDs are debt, so no equity dilution. Larger borrowings may raise interest costs and pressure margins, but support lending business growth.
