Satin Creditcare Network posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone total income of about Rs 671 cr and PAT of about Rs 120 cr (EPS Rs 10.94) vs Rs 637 cr income and Rs 110 cr PAT in Q1 FY26. Consolidated PAT was about Rs 123 cr with EPS Rs 11.15. Auditor J.C. Bhalla & Co. gave an un-modified (clean) limited review opinion on both results. Asset quality held up with GNPA at 2.18 percent and NNPA at 0.33 percent, CRAR strong at 26.74 percent. During the quarter, the company raised non-convertible debentures and USD-denominated bonds, infused capital into subsidiaries, and approved preferential warrants of up to Rs 100 cr to promoter group entity Trishashna Holdings.
Steady profit growth, clean audit opinion, and healthy CRAR/NNPA support investor confidence; cheaper debt raises and promoter warrant infusion are mildly positive for capital.
