Sattrix Information Security Ltd (BSE SME, Scrip 544189) reported strong growth for H1 FY26 (April-Sept 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,862.15 lakhs, up about 32% from Rs 2,164.78 lakhs in the same period last year. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs 314.81 lakhs (vs Rs 41.15 lakhs) and EPS climbed to Rs 4.63 from Rs 0.67. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 26% to Rs 2,806.31 lakhs and PAT rose to Rs 200.52 lakhs (vs Rs 39.73 lakhs), with EPS at Rs 2.95. The auditor issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report on both sets of results. The company has two wholly owned subsidiaries (Sattrix INC, USA and Sattrix DMCC, UAE). Total shareholders' funds grew to Rs 3,846.30 lakhs (standalone) as at September 30, 2025.
Sharp top-line and bottom-line growth, along with a clean audit opinion, is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the company reported negative operating cash flow of Rs 321 lakhs (standalone) and a fall in cash balance from Rs 1,148 lakhs to Rs 778 lakhs, mainly due to a spike in trade receivables and higher working capital needs, which investors should watch closely.
