Saurashtra Cement received a partly favorable order from the Commissioner of Income Tax Appeals, NFAC dated 13 July 2026, for Assessment Year 2019-20. The company's appeal was allowed partly. Management states there is no additional financial impact from this order. The company will file a second appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Rajkot, against the remaining unfavorable portion of the order.
Mixed outcome in tax appeal. Company says no material financial impact and plans to challenge the unfavorable part further before ITAT.
