Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue rose to Rs 45,674.50 lakhs from Rs 42,356.59 lakhs YoY, about 8 percent growth. However net profit fell sharply to Rs 920.01 lakhs from Rs 1,679.14 lakhs YoY, around 45 percent decline. EPS at Rs 0.83 versus Rs 1.51. Cement segment profit declined while paints segment losses widened to Rs 936.40 lakhs. Auditor Manubhai and Shah LLP issued a clean limited review report.
Mixed results. Higher revenue but sharply lower profit signals margin pressure, mainly from weakening cement earnings and worsening paints losses.
