Board approved unaudited Q3 and nine month FY26 results on Feb 9, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs 41,019 lakhs (up 8.7 percent YoY) for Q3 and Rs 1,21,939 lakhs (up 15.1 percent YoY) for nine months. Net loss widened to Rs 1,035 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 442 lakhs YoY, hit by an exceptional Rs 656 lakhs charge for new Labour Codes. For nine months, net loss narrowed sharply to Rs 459 lakhs from Rs 2,612 lakhs. Cement segment swung to loss. Auditor issued a clean limited review report.
Revenue growth is positive but bottom line stays in loss; Labour Codes charge hit Q3. Cement swing needs watching.
