Savera Industries' Board approved unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025) and nine months FY26. Q3 revenue from operations stood at ₹1,716.13 lakhs, down roughly 10% year-on-year from around ₹1,915 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Q3 profit after tax fell to ₹277.14 lakhs (vs ~₹360 lakhs YoY), translating to a basic EPS of ₹2.32 (vs ₹3.02). For nine months FY26, revenue was nearly flat at ₹5,770.34 lakhs, but PAT grew ~18% to ₹1,111.47 lakhs, helped by an exceptional gain of ₹119.33 lakhs in Q2 from a land sale and a separate ₹231.84 lakhs gain in Q1 FY26 from sale of land at Thirukalukundram, Kancheepuram. Statutory auditor S. Venkatram & Co. LLP issued a Limited Review Report with an unmodified opinion on the results.
Mixed quarter for shareholders - Q3 saw a sharp YoY dip in both revenue and profits, though the nine-month picture is healthier thanks to sizeable one-time land sale gains. The hospitality business is seasonal, so management cautions that quarterly results are not representative of full-year performance; investors should focus on underlying operating margins excluding exceptional items.
