Savita Oil Technologies reported a strong Q3 FY26 with total income rising 14.8% year-on-year to Rs 1,093.2 crore, driven by healthy double-digit growth in transformer oils, white oils, and exports. For the nine-month period, total income grew 12.2% YoY to Rs 3,196 crore. EBITDA surged 112% YoY in Q3 to Rs 60 crore, with margins expanding sharply from 3.0% to 5.5%, and rose 36.9% YoY to Rs 210.1 crore for 9M FY26. Profit Before Tax jumped 221.7% in Q3 to Rs 48.6 crore and 55.6% for 9M to Rs 176.4 crore, reflecting strong operating leverage. The company highlighted its Savsol Ester5 lubricants range growing 5x the industry rate and expressed optimism on ester-based products aligned with India's renewable energy growth.
Sharp margin expansion and strong profit growth signal improving profitability and pricing power, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The beat on margins despite modest revenue growth points to operational efficiency gains and a favourable product mix shift toward specialty products.
