The board of Sawaca Enterprises met on February 13, 2026 and approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the limited review report from statutory auditor Shah Sanghvi & Associates. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 1,142.76 lakhs, more than double the previous quarter (Rs. 570.19 lakhs) but sharply lower than Rs. 2,459.20 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue fell to Rs. 2,559.81 lakhs from Rs. 7,259.45 lakhs a year earlier, a drop of nearly 65%. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 was Rs. 65.01 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.011), down from Rs. 138.84 lakhs in the corresponding prior period. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
Sharp year-on-year revenue contraction in the trading segment is the main concern for shareholders, though profitability remained positive and the auditor raised no red flags. The stock may see weak sentiment given the steep top-line decline, even as sequential numbers improved.
