Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd reported its Q3 FY26 results showing profit after tax of Rs 586.97 lakh, up about 29% from Rs 453.56 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter rose roughly 6.5% YoY to Rs 3,213.37 lakh from Rs 3,016.78 lakh, with EPS of Rs 19.27 vs Rs 14.88. For the nine months ended December 2025, PAT grew to Rs 783.21 lakh from Rs 541.17 lakh a year ago, while revenue was largely flat at Rs 7,695.43 lakh. The auditor flagged an emphasis of matter regarding the long-pending cancellation of the Indore hotel's leasehold land by the Indore Development Authority, with the matter still before the High Court, though the company continues on a going-concern basis. Board committees were also reconstituted.
Profit growth and margin expansion in Q3 are positive for shareholders, but the ongoing lease cancellation litigation with the Indore Development Authority remains a key overhang. If the company eventually loses the appeal or eviction stay, it could materially affect operations and trigger a going-concern reassessment.
