The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs. 7,676.46 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 7,046.70 lakhs in FY24 (~8.9% growth), while standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 1,761.97 lakhs from Rs. 1,663.68 lakhs (~5.9% growth). Q4 standalone PAT, however, dipped to Rs. 404.09 lakhs from Rs. 461.13 lakhs. EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 57.83 vs Rs. 54.61. The auditor (K.L. Vyas & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. The board also appointed M/s. Reena Bansal & Associates as secretarial auditors for 5 years and approved a proposal to increase the company's borrowing limits and provide financial assistance/loans/guarantees, both subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Modest revenue and profit growth with a clean audit report is broadly positive for shareholders, though the year-on-year Q4 PAT dip and proposed increase in borrowing limits may warrant attention. Approval of higher debt and inter-corporate financial assistance requires shareholder nod at the AGM.
