Sayaji Hotels reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 2,000.27 lakh in Q1 FY27, down 44% from Rs 3,552.97 lakh a year ago. Profit after tax swung to Rs 29.69 lakh from a loss of Rs 513.10 lakh, helped by Rs 91.82 lakh share of profit from associate Barbeque Nation and Rs 300.10 lakh profit on asset sale to a related party. Baroda and Raipur properties shifted from lease to management model, making numbers not comparable with prior periods.
Revenue fell sharply due to model shift at two properties. PAT recovery relies on one-time asset sale gain and associate share, not core hotel operations.
