SBC Exports submitted unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose 7.5% year-on-year to ₹6,136.34 lakhs, but profit before tax fell sharply by about 35% to ₹339.98 lakhs. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹7,245.51 lakhs with PBT of ₹346.84 lakhs, also down roughly 35% YoY. The Garments segment revenue declined around 25% YoY, while IT Support Services nearly doubled. EPS stood at ₹0.07 (standalone and consolidated). The board approved diversification into the agro business (organic grains, pulses, spices) and disclosed a prospective export partnership with Dubai-based HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC, targeting around 10 lakh garment units annually and a projected 15–20% annual increase in export revenue.
Mixed quarter for shareholders — top-line growth was healthy but profitability was significantly compressed due to weak Garments performance and higher costs. The new agro diversification and Middle East partnership could support future growth if executed well, though they also bring execution and concentration risks.
