On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 4.1 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Q2 revenue rose 12.2% year on year to Rs 4,960.98 crore and profit after tax rose 10.0% to Rs 444.77 crore. Half-year profit after tax was Rs 1,000.74 crore, nearly unchanged year on year. Gross and net bad-loan ratios improved to 2.85% and 1.29%. Auditors flagged extra provisions of Rs 28.05 crore on standard loans and Rs 31.24 crore for stamp duty.
Higher revenue and better loan quality help, but extra provisions left half-year profit nearly flat, making the near-term stock impact mixed.
