Schaeffler India's board, at its meeting on February 24, 2026, approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and the full year ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 93,953 million in FY25 from Rs. 80,763 million in FY24, while standalone profit after tax grew to Rs. 11,962 million from Rs. 9,777 million, with EPS at Rs. 76.5 versus Rs. 62.6. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 96,859 million and consolidated PAT at Rs. 11,504 million. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 35 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the 63rd AGM scheduled for April 30, 2026. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also noted the exit of non-executive director Mr. Andreas Schick effective March 31, 2026.
A strong FY25 with double-digit revenue and profit growth, coupled with a robust dividend (Rs. 35 on a Rs. 2 face value implies a healthy payout), is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Clean audit opinion and improving cash position (standalone cash up from Rs. 4,634M to Rs. 9,590M) reinforce the company's financial strength.
