Q3 revenue rose 27.4% year on year to INR 3,005 crore, also up 12.1% quarter on quarter. The EBITDA margin eased to 18.7% from 19.1%, while profit after tax margin fell to 12.3% from 12.6%, due to higher input and fuel costs. Free cash flow was INR 41 crore. Management expects further cost recovery and reported strong business wins; CY27-CY28 capex should average near INR 500 crore. The parent has announced an intent to sell some shares.
Strong growth and business wins support the outlook, but margin and cash flow pressure plus the parent stake sale could weigh on the stock.
