Schneider Electric Infrastructure reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 650.14 crore, up 8.4% YoY from Rs 599.71 crore. H1 FY26 revenue rose to Rs 1,271.77 crore from Rs 1,192.62 crore. However, net profit dipped to Rs 52.32 crore in Q2 from Rs 54.27 crore, and H1 PAT fell to Rs 93.56 crore from Rs 102.75 crore. PBT was Rs 125.86 crore in H1 vs Rs 129.83 crore. Auditors S.N. Dhawan and Co gave an unmodified review opinion. The board also approved a postal ballot for two new independent directors and commission to non-executive independent directors.
Revenue grew but net profit slipped. Postal ballot proposes two independent directors and director commission that may slightly raise fixed costs.
