Scoda Tubes Limited has submitted its first set of audited financial results as a newly listed company, following its IPO on June 4, 2025. For FY25, total income stood at Rs. 488.85 crore, up about 21% from Rs. 402.49 crore in FY24. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 484.89 crore from Rs. 399.86 crore, a rise of roughly 21%. Profit before tax jumped to Rs. 41.90 crore (from Rs. 25.94 crore), while profit after tax rose sharply to about Rs. 31.77 crore from Rs. 12.84 crore in FY24, reflecting growth of nearly 147% on a lower base. The statutory auditor, M/s Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also appointed M/s HVG & Associates as the internal auditor for FY25-26. The company manufactures stainless steel pipes and tubes and has no subsidiaries, so these are standalone numbers.
Strong debut numbers for the newly listed stock, with healthy revenue growth above 20% and a near 2.5x jump in profit, backed by a clean audit report. This is likely to be viewed positively by the market, though investors should note the company has only just started reporting quarterly results post-IPO and earlier comparisons are limited.
