Scoda Tubes posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,452.65M, up 4% YoY, with PAT at Rs 139.69M, up 34% YoY. H1 revenue rose 10% to Rs 2,426.82M and PAT jumped 39% to Rs 210.52M. A change in depreciation method (WDV to straight-line) reduced depreciation by Rs 25.22M in Q2, partly boosting profits. Cash flow from operations turned sharply negative at Rs -510.30M for H1 vs Rs 227.33M a year ago, hit by higher working capital. EPS for Q2 stood at Rs 2.42.
Profit growth aided by accounting change; weak operating cash flow a concern despite solid revenue and PAT growth.
