Seamec Limited and Jumbo Offshore Limited have signed consent terms to amicably settle their arbitration. Under the deal, Seamec will fight the case in Gujarat High Court on behalf of Jumbo regarding the arrest of vessel Tug Maria. Jumbo's arbitration against Seamec is now in abeyance. No compensation or penalty has been paid, and the company says there is no material impact on its financial position. This follows an earlier update from September 2025.
Amicable settlement removes uncertainty from the dispute with Jumbo. No financial impact, neutral outcome for shareholders.
