SecMark Consultancy FY26 consolidated total income rose 7.8% to Rs 3,882.47 lakhs but PAT fell 40.2% to Rs 256.73 lakhs vs Rs 429.39 lakhs in FY25. Q4 was stronger: total income up 15.9% YoY at Rs 1,473.68 lakhs, PAT up 14.1% to Rs 449.06 lakhs. Margins compressed as costs rose faster. Borrowings nearly doubled to Rs 1,285.48 lakhs. Auditor D. Kothary & Co. gave an unmodified opinion.
Sharp profit decline despite revenue growth signals margin pressure. Rising borrowings may concern investors, though operating cash flows remain strong.
