SecUR Credentials submits FY25 Annual Report, 24th AGM on Oct 23

SecUR Credentials has submitted the annual report for FY ending March 2025 to BSE and NSE. Revenue from operations crashed to Rs 55.24 lakhs from Rs 2,812.89 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 98 percent. Net loss widened to Rs 804.13 lakhs from Rs 245.50 lakhs. No dividend declared. The 24th AGM is scheduled for October 23, 2026 via video conferencing. Three directors resigned during the period, one due to a SEBI interim order.
