Sejal Glass Limited reported its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025) approved by the Board on August 6, 2025. On a standalone basis, net sales rose to Rs. 2,181.01 lakhs from Rs. 1,516.70 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of about 44%, with the company turning around from a loss of Rs. 25.69 lakhs to a profit of Rs. 13.10 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 7,714.82 lakhs (up ~46% YoY from Rs. 5,275.19 lakhs) and net profit surged to Rs. 441.63 lakhs from Rs. 139.87 lakhs, a rise of roughly 216%. The consolidated business is much larger because of the foreign subsidiary in the Middle East, which contributed Rs. 5,561.30 lakhs of revenue. The results include the impact of the recent slump-sale acquisition of the architectural glass business of Glasstech Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd, completed in April 2025, so figures are not directly comparable to prior periods. Statutory auditors Gokhale & Sathe issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or adverse remarks.
Strong YoY revenue and profit growth on both standalone and consolidated basis signals a positive quarter for shareholders, though the sharp jump is partly driven by the Glasstech Industries acquisition and foreign subsidiary contribution, so direct period-on-period comparisons should be read with caution.
