Half-year total income was Rs 21.38 lakh and profit after tax Rs 3.23 lakh, versus Rs 6.07 lakh loss. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 1.95 lakh; operating revenue was nil. Auditor gave an unmodified review. Company Secretary Amar Trivedi will resign after 31 October.
