Sellers exercise oversubscription option in Knowledge Realty Trust OFS

Sellers BREP Asia entities are exercising the oversubscription option in their Offer for Sale of Knowledge Realty Trust units. They will sell an additional 37 crore units (8.34% of unit capital) on top of the base offer of 74 crore units (16.69%), taking total OFS size to 1.11 billion units (25.03% of unit capital). 10% (11.1 crore units) is reserved for retail investors. The sale counts toward minimum public unitholding under SEBI REIT rules.
