Sept 2026 results: auditor flags liquidation uncertainty and negative net worth

Consolidated results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 were reported for the first time, so no year-earlier consolidated comparison exists. Standalone: net worth is negative at minus 21,042 million and borrowings are 1,678.79 million. The auditor's emphasis of matter flags pending IBC liquidation closure, limited records from the liquidator and possible revisions. Tax prosecution notices and PF damages of 0.96 crore are also noted.
