September quarter profit improves, but sales decline year-on-year

The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. Revenue was Rs 7.00 lakh, down about 58% from Rs 16.50 lakh a year earlier. Quarterly net profit was Rs 3.03 lakh, down about 31% from Rs 4.39 lakh. Six-month profit was Rs 1.61 lakh versus Rs 4.39 lakh. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 1.58 lakh, but net worth was negative at Rs 43.22 lakh. The auditor's limited review reported no concerns.
