Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has reported audited standalone revenue from operations of Rs 6,367.27 Lakhs for FY26, up 12.2% from Rs 5,673.04 Lakhs in FY25. Standalone PAT grew 8.4% to Rs 362.68 Lakhs. However, consolidated PAT declined 5.6% to Rs 308.03 Lakhs due to losses at subsidiaries (Servotech EV Infra posted Rs 91.14 Lakhs loss). The company has expanded its borrowings significantly, with consolidated non-current borrowings jumping from Rs 135.79 Lakhs to Rs 536.07 Lakhs and current borrowings more than doubling to Rs 1,556.92 Lakhs. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs 194.27 Lakhs, though improved from Rs 5,540.78 Lakhs loss in the prior year. The board recommended a 2% dividend (Rs 0.02 per share). Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The stock may see mixed reaction - revenue growth is positive but the consolidated PAT decline, negative operating cash flow, and significantly higher debt levels could concern investors. The clean auditor opinion is a relief. The company is investing heavily in expansion (PPE increased from Rs 661.05 Lakhs to Rs 1,533.05 Lakhs), which may pressure near-term profitability.
